On-Site Office Positions

Job duties include: Leasing- markets vacant and upcoming apartments, completes application and lease document creating process for new rentals, shows apartments to prospective residents, support online and outreach marketing efforts.
Assistant Community Manager:
Are you looking to advance in your career and help promote a community that you can truly be proud of? The Assistant Community Manager Position at Thrive includes all the great aspects of the Leasing Agent position and adds a new business acumen component. In addition to leasing homes and supporting resident services, the Assistant Community Manager will take on additional office administration tasks such as accounts payable, oversight of all lease paperwork, processes move-ins and move-outs, rents, deposits and application fees collection, and performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Manager.

As a Thrive Community Manager, you will effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources inorder to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Manager and property owner, in a manner consistent with Thrive’s Values. You will hire, train and empower your team to run a multi-million dollar investment and conduct on-going training with office staff; e.g., marketing activities, leasing paperwork, workplace safety, and any other type of training that may be needed on a daily basis. In conjunction with the Regional Manager, the Community Manager will assist in formulation of budgets for each upcoming calendar year and will help accountable to achieve the results through proactive management.

On-Site Maintenance Positions

The Maintenance Technician will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, in a manner consistent with Thrive’s Values. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. Thrive’s Maintenance Technicians inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services, assists make-ready staff as required to meet deadlines, schedules and performs routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and strives to exceed residents expectations for excellent customer service.
The primary responsibilities of a Thrive Groundskeeper involve the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal, in a manner consistent with Thrive’s Values. As a Thrive Groundskeeper, you will physically walk the property on a frequent basis and removes litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds as well as support the maintenance team with various physical tasks such as “make ready’s”, routine maintenance items, and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

The purpose of the Regional Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Vice President and the various property owners, in a manner consistent with Thrive Community’s Values. A Thrive Regional Manager is results oriented and possess demonstrated performance leading large teams. They must meet deadlines and hold other accountable to meet the objectives of the business plan, and expectations of our clients. Our Regional Managers are trusted and allow their associates to grow in their career, take ownership of tasks they are assigned and promotes their ideas. They oversee the property operations of multiple communities and consistently look for ways to improve property operations and increase value for our clients.
Do you enjoy managing every phase of a quality multifamily transformative redevelopment process? If so, you'll love being a Thrive Project Manager. We're looking for experienced, talented and positive people to be directly responsible for all stages of capital improvement construction projects, on budget and on schedule. You'll assist in the review and refinement of plans and specifications during the schematic design, design development and construction document phases of pre-construction. You'll solicit, review, compare and negotiate competitive contractor bids. Most of all, you'll be able to meaningfully contribute to and perpetuate the purpose and values of Thrive Communities, Inc. Are you detail oriented and organized? Do you enjoy working with a great team and providing support to solve problems? The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the project managers with the invoicing and contract management process of therenovation projects. You’ll work in our software to manage budgets, enter contracts and Purchase Orders, maintain an organized invoicing process, complete lien releases and support with internal and external reporting requirements.
As a Thrive Portfolio Accountant, you will be responsible for all accounting related activities of a portfolio of apartment communities. You will work under the supervision of the Accounting Manager and Controller to manage the cash position of a community and produce monthly financial packages for our clients. Must be a great communicator, have a passion for providing excellent customer service and have a strong background in accounting and finance. Accounts Payable Specialist:
As part of our superb accounting team, the Account Payable Specialist is responsible for overseeing the invoicing and purchase order workflow of our portfolio. They work closely with the on-site team to ensure bills are paid on time and accurately reported on the monthly financial statements. The Accounts Payable Specialist must have great attention to detail, be deadline driven and excel at customer service to our associates, residents and vendors alike.
