Fort Lawton: A Total Renovation

While the vast majority of our renovation work is on multifamily communities, we can't help but suggest you visit our development team's stellar work on the Homes at Fort Lawton in Seattle's historic Discovery Park. 

This charming neighborhood of twenty six homes is a mix of classic colonial revival homes built in 1900. While all exteriors have been painstakingly preserved (per guidelines for historic landmarks), the homes' interiors have been tastefully and expertly renovated with a nod to contemporary lifestyles.
